ENHANCE YOUR LASER CUTTING WITH EX-TRABEAM® PERFORMANCE NOZZLES

Big improvement, faster cutting speed, lower gas cost and better cut quality. Those are main attributes describing new Performance nozzles developed by Thermacut®. With the advanced Performance nozzles, you can increase the cutting speed up to 39% and reduce the gas pressure up to 26%, and at the same time achieve a significantly improved cutting quality. The new nozzles are available exclusively for our EX-TRABEAM® laser cutting heads.  

WHAT MAKES THE EX-TRABEAM® PERFORMANCE NOZZLES SO SPECIAL

The EX-TRABEAM® Performance nozzles have been specially designed to enhance laser cutting. The Performance nozzles are developed exclusively for EX-TRABEAM® laser cutting heads.

The nozzle increases stability during the cutting process, considerably increases the cutting quality and enables the cutting of thicker material.

To confirm the statement about the better cutting results and to avoid possible arguments, we submit a comparison test made by a real customer. The results speak for themselves.
